About Our Laboratory
Established on September 10, 2007, the Electrical & Industrial Systems Laboratory (LSEI) is the first Electrical Engineering Research Laboratory at Houari Boumediene University of Science and Technology.
Laboratory Objectives
- Develop intelligent tools for modeling, simulation, identification, design, and analysis of electrical systems.
- Design control techniques and optimize the management of industrial systems, renewable energy, and traction power systems.
- Reduce energy costs through the optimal use of primary sources and improved efficiency of electrical actuators.
- Innovate in the development of new types of electric actuators.

The LSEI-Day’25 is a scientific event organized by the Laboratory of Electrical and Industrial Systems (LSEI).
